Jeffrey Fine

Jeffrey E. Fine’s blend of intellectual property and corporate finance and transactional experience is particularly valuable in light of the proliferation of transactions involving intellectual property assets and venture capital, securities, structured finance, conventional loans and other capital sources. Counseling and representing hundreds of clients, Mr. Fine works to protect and preserve their business identity, which includes trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade secrets, copyrights and digital assets. He has extensive experience in negotiating and documenting computer technology transfers and issues arising out of electronic commerce. Mr. Fine’s corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions experience is extensive. As bond counsel for the City of St. Louis, Mr. Fine worked on the public sale of tax-exempt bonds to finance the new Kiel Center Sports Arena. As counsel in various capacities, Mr. Fine handled over $300 million in tax-exempt securities offerings.
